All the staff at this hotel were very friendly, attentive and helpful. They made me feel really welcome. The breakfast was very good. The food of lunch and dinner options was also very good (but not exceptional). Portion sizes were generous. The room was well equipped and clean and the bed was very comfortable. There are several good bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel and a pharmacy immediately opposite.

I love the location of the Hotel, the historical centers, such as the church near the hotel. Restaurants, shopping mall, access to Taxi and many other things. I enjoyed the service provided by the Reservation Manageria inl person of Ms. Tsion. Many thanks to you and your team of staff. You are excellent professionals. Thank you ma'am. I am glad I took your advise to take a city tour. I love that as well. I enjoyed the breakfast alot. All the staff seem to be in good spirit, ready and willing to help. My stay was enjoyable. One more time, thanks to the reservation manager, Ms. Tsion, for your assistant making sure I had everything I needed in my room during my stay. I sure will recommend your hotel to my friends, families and coworkers. Thank you.

I stayed here for one night, but I made more use of this hotel than that implies. I arrived on a morning domestic flight and came to the hotel. After dining out for lunch nearby, I returned to the hotel but started to experience traveler’s illness, so I spent the afternoon and night in bed, getting up early in the morning. For such an event, it was surely a blessing to have such a comfortable hotel. As I was better in the morning, I had a very good early morning breakfast and made it to the airport on the hotel’s shuttle in less than ten minutes. Fundamentally, I cannot fault Pearl Addis on a single thing. It was first-rate, as far as I am concerned.

The staff was a highlight. They were incredibly helpful at every step of the way. They went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of, assisting us with transport arrangements and advising us on the local way of life. The rooms were nice and quiet and the beds were comfortable. The wifi worked well.

Excellent cook in restaurant very friendly and efficient staff There was a sanitation problem in my room which took technically a bit longer to finally solve but staff was very helpful and correct, and gave some compensation. They also immediately proposed to change rooms, which was not necessary for me. Excellent shuttle service to airport to get and bring back, 5 mins from airport

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Tigist, Manager and Tsion, Reservation Guest Relation staff. They were professional, friendly, and dedicated to ensuring our satisfaction. They went over and beyond to ensure we had transportation to and from all our requested destinations ensuring we had a pleasant and satisfying experience and addressed any concerns we may have had. Tigist, Tsion and other staff exceeded exceptional customer service with a commitment to professionalism and courteousness making our stay very comfortable. The hotel is perfectly centralized in the city, providing easy access to malls, and restaurants, and proximity to local landmarks made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel's cleanliness surpassed our expectations. The beds were exceptionally comfortable making us feel right at home. We will definitely return and recommend this experience that definitely surpassed our expectations.

Probably one of the most accomodating places i have srayed with! The staff is exceptional and absolutely amazing! They are super friendly and trying their best to make the stay as comfortable as possible! The put a big effort and even care about small details e.g. the housekeeping lady would still stock up my water even though i didnt need cleaning that day. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle is very reliable. Overall a very pleasant experience and I will definitely come back!

The hotel's location is very convenient: 5 minutes from the airport, and various restaurants, shopping centers, banks, cafes, etc., are on the same street. Several banks even have ATM machines at the hotel entrance, which is a plus. The room is super clean and spacious, with a large comfortable bed and a lovely balcony. The hotel generally has a very good vibe with welcoming, super-friendly and attentive staff. I very much liked everything.

Good free breakfast and I was given a room with a balcony. The staff were very accommodating and always with a nice smile. The Concierge and guest service staff at reception were very welcoming and the restaurant staff were always checking if I needed anything. I was also given a free fruit basket, nice surprise.
